Welcome to your quilting shop! The Quilt N Bee is a full service quilting shop with everything for the beginner through the advanced quilter. Come see us when you are in southwest Oklahoma! Quilt N Bee has fabrics online from many different manufacturers. We offer a wide variety of quilting fabrics from western fabrics to batiks, from florals to children's fabrics. Quilt N Bee offers quilting supplies, one-of-a-kind quilt kits, patterns, and quilting notions for the discriminating quilter. We also offer quality long arm machine quilting to meet all your needs and wishes to make your projects so special.

Shipping Policy:
It is our goal to ship your order completely and at the lowest cost. Generally we ship USPS-priority mail. For International Orders we reserve the right to change the cost of the quoted shipping charges by 10%. If the cost is more than 10% of the quoted price we will contact you with the actual shipping costs and await your response prior to shipping.

Block of the Month Quilt Program Policy:

Quilt N Bee Block of the Month Terms of Service
(Effective July 1, 2011)

When you register for a Quilt N Bee Block of the Month program, you agree to our block of the month terms of service. Please note that all signup fees are non-refundable.

Each month, for the duration of the program, you will be charged the monthly program fee plus shipping (unless you elect to pickup you block in-store or other arrangements have been made). If you participate in multiple programs we attempt combine your blocks into one shipment to reduce the shipping charge.

All block of the month participants are encouraged to have a credit card number on file in their customer profile. This is to streamline our billing & shipping process. In response to concern over the safety of PayPal, current PayPal customers are encourage to add a credit card to your customer profile. This will also be an added convenience to you by saving you time and energy as well. If you choose to add a credit card to you customer profile, you will receive free shipping on your next block of the month shipment (a $3.95 value). Please do not email this information to us; give us a call or tell us a convenient time for us to call you. (It’ll be Chris that calls.) Please be assured that your information is kept in a secure & encrypted area and only one person ever sees this information.

If you wish to discontinue a block of the month program, please let us know as soon as possible.

If you must make alternate payment arrangements, please contact us so that we can assist you. If we are unable to process your credit card on file, we will attempt to contact you via email, telephone & mail a postcard using the information in your customer profile. If payment is not received or payment arrangements have not been made within thirty (30) days of this notice, you will be dis-enrolled from the block of the month program. If you have been dis-enrolled from a program and decide that you would like to complete the program, you will be charged a $25 reinstatement fee.

If you need to update your customer profile information, please contact us & we will assist you. If you need to update your credit card on file, please do not email it to us. Please call us or leave a message for us to call you. We take your privacy very seriously!

If you are a local customer you may pick your blocks up at the store and the shipping charge will be waived. Please let us know in the comments section during online checkout.

If you make a small cutting mistake, please contact us. Typically, we can supply you with a replacement in your next shipment, as long as this policy is not abused. If you make a large mistake, extra fabric is usually available for purchase.

If you find a mistake, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can fix it.

We will email you at the address in your customer profile when you have been charged & when the block is shipped. This will typically be on or about the same day each month. The expected dates that a program is ship can be found at

Please note that these are not major changes in our past business practices. This notice is meant to serve as a written policy update in order to maintain a viable business model, maintain a high level of customer service, better communication and steamline our operation procedures.
