Use the straight side of ruler to cut 1-1/2in & 2-1/2in strips or use pre-cuts. Sew the strips together to create a 4-1/2in wide strip set or simply use 4-1/2in strips. Turn-a-Round the ruler to cut tumblers that finish 4in, cutting 5 tumblers at once without wasting any fabric.
