Quilt N Bee Block of the Month Terms of Service
(Effective July 1, 2011)
When you register for a Quilt N Bee Block of the Month program, you agree to our block of the month terms of service. Please note that all signup fees are non-refundable.
Each month, for the duration of the program, you will be charged the monthly program fee plus shipping (unless you elect to pickup you block in-store or other arrangements have been made). If you participate in multiple programs we attempt combine your blocks into one shipment to reduce the shipping charge. All block of the month participants must have a credit card number on file in their customer profile. This is to streamline our billing & shipping process. This will also be an added convenience to you by saving you time and energy as well. Please do not email this information to us; give us a call or tell us a convenient time for us to call you. Please be assured that your information is kept in a secure & encrypted area and only one person ever sees this information.
If you wish to discontinue a block of the month program, please let us know as soon as possible.
If you must make alternate payment arrangements, please contact us so that we can assist you. If we are unable to process your credit card on file, we will attempt to contact you via email, telephone & mail a postcard using the information in your customer profile. If payment is not received or payment arrangements have not been made within thirty (30) days of this notice, you will be dis-enrolled from the block of the month program. If you have been dis-enrolled from a program and decide that you would like to complete the program, you will be charged a $25 reinstatement fee.
If you need to update your customer profile information, please do so on the web site. We take your privacy very seriously! If you are a local customer you may pick your blocks up at the store and the shipping charge will be waived. Please let us know in the comments section during online checkout.
If you make a small cutting mistake, please contact us. Typically, we can supply you with a replacement in your next shipment, as long as this policy is not abused. If you make a large mistake, extra fabric is usually available for purchase. If you find a mistake, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can fix it.
We will email you at the address in your customer profile when you have been charged & when the block is shipped. This notice is meant to serve as a written policy update in order to maintain a viable business model, maintain a high level of customer service, better communication and streamline our operating procedures.
