Quilts of Valor Sew Along-in-Store
This is an open sewing workshop for Quilts of Valor. We will be hosting a pot luck with all participants being able to make blocks and making quilts. We need all types of helpers pressing, cutting, sewing (shop machines will be available or you may bring your own) everything that goes into getting a Quilt of Valor together. This is a working class. Perfect for a new sewist or quilter we can use all the help we can get.
Any QOVF member can register in advance for the event and be entered to win prizes. If anyone would like to join and register, we're Group #16413 (SW Okla QOV) and they can join on the website.
It would help if you can register in advanced so we have an idea of how many quilters/sewers will be here. There is no cost.
If you wish to donate fabric to this cause Kate has suggested either a 5" WOF of red and a fat quarter of blue and white. Thanks so much.
